'Teen Mom' star Farrah Abraham trolled for speaking up about 'unplanned pregnancy' among young adults
AUSTIN, TEXAS: 'Teen Mom' star Farrah Abraham, born on May 31, 1991, is an American reality television personality, singer, and writer. She gained public attention after appearing in the reality TV series '16 and Pregnant' in 2009, which followed the pregnancies and early motherhood experiences of several young women. Subsequently, she joined the spin-off series 'Teen Mom' later that year and featured in all four seasons until its conclusion in 2012.
The reality star recently took to Instagram to share a video addressing parents navigating the challenges of unplanned pregnancies. In the video, she offers valuable tips on overcoming these hurdles and instilling positive beliefs in their children. She began by emphasizing that worthiness is not determined by age, pointing out that even "older individuals can be shitty parents" and struggle with parenting.
Additionally, she underscored the "lack of non-hormonal contraception laws" in the US, asserting that blame shouldn't be placed solely on parents for unplanned pregnancies. Concluding her message, she encouraged parents to be "fearless" and suggested that the experience of pregnancy can ultimately lead to "personal growth" and development.
The video has since gone viral and has stirred up a significant reaction online especially on Reddit, with many users expressing criticism towards the advice given. One user wrote, "I feel bad at the idea of Sophia ever needing to have serious conversations with her mom. She will get the worst advice. That’s if she’s even able to make sense of what her mom is saying to begin with." Another chimed in, "She's crazy and also very dumb. Why was she pronouncing hormonal as Harmonal? She has such a strange way of speaking, it always blows my mind."
Another user was a little more sympathetic saying, "I feel like farrah always almost has a point then goes into left field nearly every time" while others mostly pointed out her lack of coherence by writing comments like, "Farrah's always been pretty dumb, but she's definitely gotten worse. She used to be slightly more coherent. It's weird af that she thinks anything she says at all makes even the slightest sense, even after it's pointed out" and "I swear she has a learning disorder".

'Teen Mom' star Farrah Abraham files her lawsuit against nightclub over 2022 assault
Farrah Abraham is currently facing legal action from a security guard who alleges that Farrah slapped her back in 2022. The security guard is suing Farrah for lost wages and medical expenses resulting from the incident that occurred at Grandmaster Recorders two years ago.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the security guard asserts that she was on duty at the venue when she was alerted by fellow security officers about a confrontation on the roof. She further alleges that she was escorting Farrah off the property due to her purportedly aggressive behavior towards other customers.
On January 9, Farrah Abraham filed a counter lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Grandmaster Recorders, the hospitality group owning the restaurant, and the restaurant’s head of security, George Velasquez. Notably, Farrah opted not to sue the female security guard who previously sued her in 2022.
She has retained her legal representation and is seeking compensation exceeding $25,000. According to court documents, Farrah identified herself as a "known celebrity" and recounted an incident where she was dining with friends at the restaurant and subsequently invited to the upstairs bar for after-dinner drinks by the staff.
She alleges that a random customer attacked her suddenly, pushing her violently and swinging a purse at her. In the commotion, one of Farrah’s friends was also hit. Farrah claims that security staff witnessed the altercation but then forcibly removed her from the bar, grabbing her arms and escorting her out of the establishment roughly and rudely.
The 'Teen Mom' star has even posted the video of the assault on her Instagram with a long caption about how she did not "deserve to be attacked" this way.
