LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Apple TV+ ‘Ted Lasso’ has barreled down the pitch with the finale remaining that will answer many questions before the series is wrapped up for good. The volume of unanswered questions that it has been left hanging comes with the Season 3's many tangents. The introduction of multiple plot points which have not yet been resolved satisfactorily  needs a finale to bind them all into one satisfying ending to pacify viewers bidding the show adieu in its last season. One dangling plot thread is the relationship between Keeley and Roy, who were last seen together in Jamie’s room, about to confess something to each other — until they are interrupted by Jamie himself. How will their story turn out?

‘Ted Lasso’ Season 3 Episode 11 saw Nate’s returning to AFC Richmond, Jamie’s relationship with his father, and Ted’s truth bomb — all of these have to be addressed in Episode 12, the last episode. And then there is Keeley and Roy’s relationship. We have seen the two go from friends to lovers to being friends again. But was the halted confession a prelude to the pendulum swinging back towards romance? Let’s get our predictions straight!

Will Keeley and Roy be more than 'just pals'?

In Season 3, Keeley and Roy spend most of their time broken up. Although both reconciled, they told team members they were just friends. But that doesn’t look like that is wholly true, considering Roy wears Keeley’s pink robe. Moreover, in Episode 11, Roy did tell Keeley that he doesn’t want to be 'just friends' with her. And to our fascination, Keeley was about to reveal how she felt too, only to be interrupted by Jamie. Given Roy and Keeley’s development throughout the series, it is highly likely the two will get back together in the series finale. While the finale might give us some sorrow with Ted’s departure, it has to give us some joy too!

‘Ted Lasso’ Season 3 ending prognosis

After Roy and Keeley broke up at the beginning of Season 3, viewers were anxious to see if the two would make up and if they ever get back together. Honestly, most of the viewers are certain that they will end up together, but what if they don’t? What if Keeley has something entirely unexpected to say that will shock us? Nevertheless, Roy did apologize to Keeley for their breakup and tried to convince her of getting back together for real. Well, the only fitting ending for both is getting back together as Keeley’s relationship with women was horrific and Roy can't seem to find anyone else except Keeley. Their storyline is not up to debate as we can clearly see the spark re-igniting between them. Alas, waiting is the only option we have till Episode 12 airs to know how it all actually pans out.

‘Ted Lasso’ Season 3 is exclusively streaming on Apple TV+
