'Summoning Sylvia': Release date and how to watch the queer horror comedy
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ever throw a party and have uninvited people flock in making you and everybody else uncomfortable and killing the charm of the party? It's annoying and upsetting but still nowhere close to what Larry, Jamie, and Jamie's brother Harrison experience in an upcoming queer horror comedy titled 'Summoning Sylvia'.
Directed and written by two debutant directors, Wesley Taylor (known for 'The Addams Family' and 'Rock of Ages') and Alex Wyse (known for Good Night Oscar), 'Summoning Sylvia' follows the story of a gay couple and their friends who decide to organize a bachelor party for Larry in an old haunted house. The party quickly turns sour as the group performs a séance that allows the spirit of a murderous woman named Sylvia. Wesley and Alex together created the Emmy-nominated digital series Indoor Boys. Grammy-nominated Cody Lassen is producing, with Diamond Dog Entertainment and Slated serving as executive producers. Find out when and where will 'Summoning Sylvia' premiere.
