After being away for almost three years, ‘Stranger Things’ is finally returning to our screens. It has been such a long time since seeing the gang together again and we will finally be able to see them in the fourth and upcoming edition.

It’s been really hard for the makers to shoot the upcoming and they have always said that this was undoubtedly the most challenging season yet. It will be interesting to see the results and we know how amazing the series has been over the years, so, we are pretty sure that they will come out with another spectacular edition this time as well.

The trailer for the highly anticipated season has finally been released and it’s everything that people would have hoped for. The clip gave us a glimpse of the new villain as well and it seems, things are going to get really hard for Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) and the whole gang.

Here’s everything you need to know about Season 4 of ‘Stranger Things’.

When does ‘Stranger Things’ Season 4 release and where can you watch it?

Season 4 of ‘Stranger Things’ will be divided in two parts and Part 1 will premiere exclusively on Netflix on Friday, May 27. Meanwhile, the second part of the highly popular series will arrive on July 1.

Viewers can download the Netflix app from Google’s Play Store and Apple’s App Store to watch their favorite shows. The previous 3 seasons of ‘Stranger Things’ are currently available for streaming.

What is ‘Stranger Things’ Season 4 all about?

The official synopsis reads, “It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends is separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn't made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.”

Who stars in the Netflix sci-fi series?

All the main characters are returning for the fourth edition. Millie Bobby Brown returns to play the character of Eleven while Winona Ryder will be back as Joyce Baker. David Harbour (Jim Hopper), Finn Wolfhard (Mike Wheeler), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair), Noah Schnapp (Will Byers), Natalia Dyer (Nancy Wheeler), and Charlie Heaton (Jonathan Byers) also reprise their respective roles.

Millie Bobby Brown

The British actress is undoubtedly one of the brightest talents working in the entertainment industry and her body of work is a testament to her greatness. Started her acting journey by playing cameos on TV shows and got her first major acting role in the 2014 TV series ‘Intruders’. But it was ‘Stranger Things’ that made her a worldwide phenomenon. The show turned out to be a massive hit and made her earn her two Emmy nominations.



 

Since then, she has appeared in ‘Enola Holmes’, ‘Godzilla: King of the Monsters’ and ‘Godzilla vs. Kong’.

Other actors to feature on the show include Jamie Campbell Bower (Peter Ballard), Eduardo Franco (Argyle), and Joseph Quinn (Eddie Munson). On the other hand, Robert Englund, who played Freddie Krueger in ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’, will also join the show as a recurring character Victor Creel.

Showrunners

The show has been created by Matt and Ross Duffer, aka the Duffer Brothers. Meanwhile, Shawn Levy, Dan Cohen, Cindy Holland, Brian Wright, Matt Thunell, Karl Gajdusek, and Iain Paterson serve as executive producers.

The trailer is filled with a lot of new and exciting stuff. The children are away from Hawkins however, it seems they would have to return to save the city from a new supernatural threat. Meanwhile, Eleven tells one of the men that she doesn’t have her powers now and the man says that if they have to win this war, then they would need her. The trailer also suggests that every main character will be going Upside Down in order to fight the evil. Well, we just hope that everyone comes back to the real world.
