The show marks Jennifer Connelly's return to TV after 19 years. She was last seen on television in 2001 in Fox's 'The $treet,' a drama that focused on a brokerage house and the lives of its employees. Connelly plays Melanie Cavill, the Head of Hospitality and Voice of the Train. Given the character's humble beginnings, she is rather sympathetic towards the lower-class passengers in comparison to her contemporaries.
