It's never too early (or late) to start working on your dreams and bring your vision to reality. All it takes is the drive and passion to make things happen. But in order to do so, you've to be willing to hustle for as long as it takes. When Trey Brown saw the violence around him, as a Philadelphia native, he wanted nothing more than to show his peers that there were other ways to achieve success and violence and drugs were not the answer. And with his brand SPERGO, he did exactly that.

The teen entrepreneur now found his way on 'Shark Tank' and it comes as no surprise that  Mark Cuban, Daymond John, Kevin O'Leary, Lori Greiner and Robert Herjavec were all thoroughly impressed.

Trey Brown and his mother, Sherell Peterson, came on to the show hoping to make a $300k deal for 10% equity in their company, SPERGO. Brown's drive and passion immediately impressed the sharks, as did the quality of his product. As he explained, on his 12th birthday, he took the $178 dollars he received as gifts and brought 16 t-shirts. After having sold those out, he continued to invest the money back into his own business and by going to local barbershops and such, he managed to continue selling all his inventory.

What helped propel his business was his social media presence and also his constant networking led him to meet none other than Sean Combs or P. Diddy. Combs posted about SPERGO on social media, causing the brand to blow up and even gave the young entrepreneur a $25,000 grant, which he used to open physical stores. Having made 1.8 million in sales to date, Brown is well on his way to becoming a billionaire by 21. While the sharks appreciated the drive and the absolute hustle, Greiner, Herjavec and O'Leary all backed out, seeing that they couldn't think of a real way they could help Brown.

Cuban too stated that clothing retail is not his playing field, but he wanted to help Brown grow. He made an offer for 25% for $300k. With Daymond John still left, Cuban offered to go in on the deal with him, which he flat out refused, seeing that of anything, he brought more to the table. John joked that him asking Cuban about clothing was no different to Cuban asking him about sports. John made the exact same offer as Cuban, leaving the ball in Brown's court. Brown made a counteroffer, asking John if he'd do 20% instead, which he gladly agreed to.

The sharks weren't the only ones in awe of Brown's tenacity, as fans too, fully supported his vision and dreams. "Dude is 15 and out of school. A young BLACK guy and almost 2 million in sales.  #SharkTank" exclaimed a fan. "Yes!!! He got the right partner in @TheSharkDaymond congrats @OfficialSPERGO !!! You’ll kill. I see the hunger in your eyes young bro #SharkTank" added another. "I'm so proud of #TreyBrown .. he made his Dream come true at such a early age & his story about growing up in Philly is honestly true, but he's showing you can do better & chase after your dreams. @OfficialSPERGO #sharktank #philly #spergo" agreed a fan. "well that kid was freaking adorable. i was gonna cry if he didn't get a deal #sharktank" tweeted another.
