ORANGE CITY, CALIFORNIA: On 'Selling The OC,' the real estate salespeople of The Oppenheim Group get quite close — some might say too close. The original 'Selling Sunset' series was never anything less than a drama, but one thing that fans lacked was the addition of some male agents to balance things out. But did it truly succeed with its most recent spin-off?

After all, this is the same bunch of employees that formed a cuddle ball in the midst of a work party on the beach. But even in this close-knit group, there are some circumstances in which intimacy goes a bit too far. You're not alone if 'Selling The OC' left you perplexed about what *really* transpired between Tyler Stanaland and Kayla Cardona. Since the series' August 24 Netflix release, viewers have rushed to binge-watch and offer their opinions on the most recent drama.

On one of the OC office's 'evenings outs', Kayla allegedly came on to Tyler a bit too strong, per multiple people on the series. Kayla allegedly tried to kiss Tyler, who is wed to Brittany Snow, the actor, and said, "No one has to know." None of this was captured on video, but the drama was described by a few agents the next day in Season 1, Episode 5. “I’m so f*cking offended by Kayla’s behavior last night”, said Polly Brindle as she started recapping everything. “After a few drinks, she, you know, tries to make out with the married men in the office," according to Polly.

Since Polly added, "It's happened in front of me twice," she implied that perhaps this wasn't the first time something like this had occurred. Polly stated that witnessing Kayla become "the other woman," as she described it, was particularly upsetting for her because Polly's own marriage ended as a result of her then-husband’s infidelity. “Every single time we go out," Polly stated, "it’s a reminder of, ‘This is not okay.' It knocks me sick, to be honest." When Polly made the decision to face Kayla about the events in the office vault, things did not go well for Kayla. When she returned to the rest of the workplace after sobbing, the others reprimanded her as well.

“She does cross a certain line and then out of the respect that I have for my wife and myself, it’s not something I need to be around, and I’m gonna separate myself from it,” Tyler said of the scenario. Kayla eventually met with Tyler and apologized for her behavior, face to face. Kayla agreed when he informed her he wanted to know there would be limits between them going ahead. He also apologized for fostering a culture of "overly sentimental" work events, which does not appear to be changing anytime soon.

The O Group held a couple more parties during the season when the agents couldn't keep their hands off one other, including the boat party at the end of Season 1. That's when Alexandra Rose and Alexandra Jarvis chose to confront the entire group about their actions, causing Kayla to weep once again because the drama was being re-enacted.

Thus, even though Kayla and Tyler appeared to have resolved their individual dilemma, it appears that the drama will continue to be a topic of discussion for the whole staff. After consuming the entire season in one day, fans flocked to Twitter to voice their opinions. Blaming Tyler for letting Kayla cross the line several times, a fan wrote: "Binge watching Selling The OC, and don’t understand why these girls are crushing over Tyler who looks like Sod the Sloth from Ice Age. He let Kayla cross the line MULTIPLE TIMES… disrespectful to his wife." Calling out the rest of the cast for their inapporpriate behavior around married men, another fan wrote: "Okay so back to selling the OC Alex sucks Tyler’s face has her hands wrapped all around his body. Poly takes her naked tail in that ocean . BOTH INAPPROPRIATE acts with married men but they had the AUDACITY to confront Kayla ALL YALL WRONG! Friends or not. Idc idc #SellingTheOc." Seeing Jarvis and Rose defend Kayla, a fan tweeted: "I’m on the last episode of selling the oc & the Alex’s have a point when it comes to the hypocrisy of the Kayla/Tyler situation." Pointing out the connection between Alex and Tyler, a fan wrote: "not the selling the OC office talking about Kayla being wasted kissing married men but Alex looking at Tyler with sex eyes and mad close to him talking about nosey’s during the beach scene … Alex is a hypocrite byeeee."

Some fans couldn't help but point out the moment between Alex and Tyler at the beach: "am I tripping or did Alex hall and Tyler on selling the OC seem a bit to close for comfort in that sunset scene like isn’t he married??" Wanting Brittany Snow to keep an eye out on her husband's behavior, a viewer tweeted: "I’m watching Selling The OC and I’m Tyler is waaayyy too cozy with these women to be a married man. It’s the disrespect for me. I hope Brittany Snow watched that like wth Tyler cause it’s a HARD NO and oh girl needs to be slapped cause she knows he is married and is pushing it." Another person wrote: "I can't get over how tyler in selling the oc is married. Like sir the way you and Alex are is not on."
