'Selling the Big Easy': Release date, plot, cast and all you need to know about HGTV's real estate show
'Selling the Big Easy' was scheduled to release in the first half of 2020, however, just like the rest of the shows, this one's release too was affected by the pandemic. However, HGTV has announced the new release date of this show that will see New Orleans native and real estate expert Brittany Picolo-Ramos at the center of it, doing what they do best, helping families find their perfect homes, luxurious ones at that. Here's all you should know about Season 1 of the show.
Release Date
'Selling the Big Easy' premieres on September 11 with two back to back episodes on HGTV. After the premiere, a new episode will air on HGTV on Fridays at 9 pm ET.
Plot
According to HGTV's press release, "The series follows Brittany and her full-service agency as they help families find the house of their dreams by showing them high-end homes with the right amount of history and charm. She also helps clients' stage and sell their homes for top dollar in the city's vibrant real estate market. With an approachable and effervescent style, Brittany effortlessly guides clients through the buying and selling process while touting the enticing amenities that the Crescent City has to offer."
Cast
Brittany Piccola-Ramos
Before entering the real estate market, Brittany spent a couple of years working in restaurants. Later on, she joined a telecommunications company where she went on to become one of the top salespeople. Her decision to be a part of the competitive real estate industry was fueled by one wrong decision. She and her husband Marco lost a lot of money after they purchased a home from a family member and that is when she decided to ensure that others were not making the same mistake.
She started working in the industry in 2013 and immediately began to outsell other agents at her agency. She was then given her own team to work with and the group always on the top, in an office of over 500 people. Brittany and Marco took their passion for helping people and real estate a step further in October of 2019. Marco started Godwyn & Stone Real Estate where Brittany leads their team of agents, many of whom have been with her since 2015.
