'Seeking Sister Wife': Garrick Merrifield dubbed 'creepy SOB' for calling Dannielle large and Roberta small

Post their divorce, the Merrifields are all set to meet their future sister wife while tension brews under the surface

For Dannielle Merrifield, the journey of finding a sister wife has not been easy. Having to divorce her husband Garrick Merrifield in order to add a sister wife to their family, the transition has been far from simple for the first wife.

Seeing that the only way they can bring their potential sister wife Roberta from Brazil to the US is via a K1 visa, divorce seemed like the only option. For those of you wondering, the K1 visa is a spousal visa that requires a couple to get married within 90 days of acquiring the same. After finalizing their divorce and being legally separated, the couple was ready to meet Roberta after nearly one year since their last meeting. With a plan to meet in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the pair hit the road, excited to meet their new sister wife.

The couple explained just how important this was for the three of them, seeing that their previous trip was with their two sons and Roberta's mother. However, this time around, the Merrifields are hoping to spend more alone time with their sister wife and are hoping to kickstart the K1 visa process. Dannielle seemed just as thrilled as Garrick to see Roberta rushing to embrace her. The two women seemed to get along rather well, with the women focusing on their relationship just as much as Garrick and Roberta.

With the couple there for eight days, Garrick decided to spend all eight nights with Roberta so that they can get into the process of splitting their time with Garrick. Garrick was extremely happy to be with Roberta, who he claimed was his 'petite wife', while he called Dannielle the 'large wife'. 

Twitter, however, was not on board with the comparison. "I know we are only 3 episode in but this season is insane. So many potential sister wives from other countries. Its like K1 Visa meets polygamy #SeekingSisterWife," tweeted a fan. "Danielle is stupid AF #SeekingSisterWife," said another. "Danielle isnt convincing herself let alone us that she's fine with this #SeekingSisterWife," added another.

"This stupid idiot..... just called his 1st wife.. errrr.. I mean ex wife the LARGE wife..... and he's still alive and breathing? #seekingsisterwife," tweeted a fan. "HE DID NOT JUST SAY “DANNIELLE IS THE LARGE WIFE” all while referring to Roberta as the “tiny wife”?? What a terrible way to treat any woman, especially your wife. Girl, you BOTH deserve so much better than his toxic ass. @TLC #seekingsisterwife," added another. 

When it was finally time for Roberta to spend the night with Garrick, all three of them had one concern. Since Dannielle was staying right next door, there was a good chance she'd hear them having sex. "Garrick is a creepy SOB and Danielle is so desperate to keep her husband, that she would go along with anything he throws at her. #seekingsisterwife," tweeted a fan. "Dani listening in on Roberta and Garrick #SeekingSisterWife," added another.

"You DO NOT give up your position as first wife. Have you ladies learned nothing from Meri Brown?!!! #seekingsisterwife," said a fan, making an interesting point. "dani needs to go and get some dick from elsewhere n see how garrick handles that #seekingsisterwife," tweeted another.

With Roberta and Garrick planning their wedding, with every passing day it seems like Dannielle has bitten off more than she can chew.
