EATON, INDIANA: The grieving aunt of an Indiana teenager who went missing weeks ago has slammed claims of his parent's involvement in his vanishing. Scottie Dean Morris, 14, was reported missing on March 16 and was last seen leaving his home at 8.30 pm the same day in Eaton.

Eaton Indiana Police Department said that the teenager was forced to wear a shirt that read the words "liar" and "cheat" and has confirmed that Morris' parents forced him to wear the shirt as a punishment. His parents, Felicia and Brian were not considered suspects and they have undergone polygraph tests, said the Chief of Police. However, the family is still under the radar by many leading to Morris' aunt Melissa Morris May slamming theories of the involvement of his parents, reported Daily Mail.

Dad misses you and he loves you and wants you home!" said Melissa. Responding to a comment which asked where the teenager's father was, Melissa said that he is "trying to find his son" and added, "The family did nothing wrong and are going through enough and don't need the negativity."

Morris may require medical assistance

Investigators began a search for the teenager, a missing person alert explained that "he is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance." An emotional vigil was held for Morris in a nearby church eight days after his missing.

The Eaton Indiana Police Department has again appealed for any security camera footage of the teenager. Authorities have sought the residents to check in between 8.15 pm and 11.00 pm of surveillance footage on the day of missing. However, there has been no sign of Morris since he went missing.

According to the Sun, the missing teen's mother Felicia pleaded with him to come back. She said, "I know that you're mad and confused. Everyone is out looking for you and we're not trying to scare you. I love you and I want you to come home," and added, "If you're in a house and they come to you, you don't want to go out because they're the cops. Reach out. Me and Dad will come to get you. I need to know that you're safe."
