'RuPaul's Drag Race' Season 13 has hit the screens and the new queens are already dealing with a whole ton of plot twists. This season sees 13 queens battling it out for the title of 'America's Next Drag Superstar' and a chance at winning the 100,000 dollar cash prize. The contestants will have to participate in a range of challenges, from dishing out looks to acting, singing, impersonations and more. That, combined with creating multiple runaway looks to wow the panel and celebrity judges is sure to have you entertained and picking out favorites while you're at it.

Each season of 'Drag Race' seems to get more competitive than the previous one and this season, we get to see the queens' tenacity right off the bat. With episode one featuring six lip-syncs back to back, viewers got a chance to see the contestants battle it out, with six queens coming out on top and seven queens getting the 'Pork Chop'. Tina Burner, Gottmik, Symone, LaLa Ri Kandy Muse and Olivia Lux made it to the top six, while Joey Jay, Denali, Tamisha Iman, Utica Queen, Rose, Kahmora Hall and Elliott with 2 Ts got the 'pork chop' and found themselves in the bottom.

One of the queens that secured a spot in the top six was Brooklyn based queen Olivia Lux. A talented young queen, Olivia is new on the scene, but don't let that fool you, she's as good as they get. Here's what you need to know about this bubbly, talented queen.

Olivia is a pageant winner

When you look at Olivia Lux, it's hard to imagine that she's only been doing drag for two years; the 26-year-old looks and carries herself like a seasoned pro. It really comes as no surprise that she already has a pageant title in her bag, having won the Miss Paradise 2020 crown. But, she doesn't believe she's a pageant queen. “Pageantry is a moment. I wouldn’t consider myself a pageant girl, but I consider myself a girl who’s good at pageants,” Is what she had to say in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. 'Drag Race' has often seen queens get caught up in genres, it's refreshing to see one who enjoys doing it all.

She happens to be a very talented designer

Considering herself to be a well-rounded queen, it comes as no surprise that Olivia enjoys getting creative and cool with her fashion. We love a good crafty queen and her Instagram is proof of just that. Seriously, that Ikea dress is everything!

She calls herself the 'Alicia Keys of Drag'

We are excited to see Olivia perform, seeing that she's a self-taught singer and piano player, with a powerful vocal range and fancies herself being much like Alicia Keys. “I love the drama, the wind machines, I’m a queen, but I’m not afraid to take it down a bit, be a little sultry, be a little jazzy, and then bring it up,” she said regarding her performances. We can't wait for a singing challenge to see what she brings to the table. And if her epic lip-sync against Rose is anything to go by, we're definitely in for a treat.
