On the couples' show, 'Bargain Block' that premieres tonight, the two purchase rundown homes in and around Detroit (some for as low as $1,000), and refurbish them. Right after the duo is done flipping said houses, real estate pro, Shea Hicks-Whitfield sells these seemingly brand-new dream properties to new homebuyers at a rather decent and affordable price.

Each of the houses that Keith and Evan work on is sold for under $100,000. Keith says, "The big, unique quality of the show is we're taking forgotten and abandoned houses; a lot of them are on demo lists, and they're in areas that are really hard hit. We're grabbing as many of them and giving them a design flair on a budget. I like to think of it as high design for as little money as possible".

The home renovation experts are partners in real life as well as in business, in running their own design firm, called 'Nine Design & Homes'. Their shared business philosophy is focused on their passion for "elevated and affordable style". Their Nine Design Homepage reads: "We combine handmade, vintage and repurposed pieces to create a space that is distinctly yours. We are committed to the revitalization of Detroit one home and one client at a time".

Although the team of two's main focus is on refurbishing and selling homes in and around Detroit, Michigan, a section of their website is also devoted solely to designing for clients who are interested in their joint venture. Evan and Keith encourage homeowners to contact them for a design consultation as well. This way, they get to learn how the dream team can "create a home that fits your lifestyle".

As of May 2021, Bynum shared an exciting new business development on his Instagram. He owns a warehouse to store all of his creative masterpieces! In his post, he wrote, "Finally having a warehouse space to create new things has been a long journey but we're finally there. I've practically moved in".

Season 3 of 'Rock the Block' premieres on February 28, 2022, on HGTV.
