BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: It seems like Erika Jayne hasn't learned anything from her 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 11 reunion fiasco. The housewife came under fire after she referred to the Lion Air air crash victims and their families as "alleged victims" of money embezzlement by her former husband Tom Girardi and his law firm.

The recently aired episode of 'RHOBH' featured the housewife making the same faux pas again when she referred to the victims as "potential victims" during a heated argument with her fellow housewives. Crystal Minkoff and Garcelle Beauvais tried pointing out to Erika how her returning her earrings gifted to her by Tom allegedly using the victims' money would be the right thing to do. Instead of paying any heed to the two ladies, Erika snapped at them and slammed them for dragging her legal issues into the public forum and allowing everybody to pass their judgment instead of letting the justice system take its course. She screamed at the ladies saying she only cared about herself and not about the "potential victims".

Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Dorit Kemsley, who have been strong supporters of Erika from the beginning, were left feeling shocked by Erika's statements. Despite Kyle's attempts at getting Erika to stop saying anything further damaging, the housewife continued to declare that she cared about nobody and wouldn't be returning anything to anybody. After watching Erika's unapologetic behavior and referring to the victims as "potential victims", 'RHOBH' fans took to Twitter to call her out.

A fan tweeted, "I just.. wow. Idk what to even say. Kudos to Garcelle & Crystal for asking those questions and standing up to EJ because my goodness! The rest were never going to.. POTENTIAL VICTIMS?!? I can not wrap my mind around that. #RHOBH." Another fan wrote, "That’s the real EJ people. My mouth has LITERALLY been on the floor since it went off. Potential victims?!?! Wtf #RHOBH." "Yikes. Not Erika calling them “potential victims”… she’s heartless AF #RHOBH," pointed out a fan. "Erika’s teeth are coming out…”potential victims” and “I don’t give a f*** about anybody else but me” completely gross #RHOBH," added a fan.

Another fan shared, "I rather Erika just not talk about the victims than to refer to them as “potential”. These are real people that were scammed by her thieving a** husband! The disrespect is not okay! #RHOBH." "Potential victims" ....wow Erika..shame on you #RHOBH one cold calculating b**** but we have always known that haven't we? All those dead bodies are not "potential victims" you witch! The world saw them across their TV screens. I hate her. I do. Awful human being. Non-human," declared a fan. "Wtf does “potential” victims mean? They are victims you fake, fraud. This is another reason Erica and Rinna made up sh*t abt Kathy to deflect from this abhorrent behavior from Erica. #RHOBH," commented a fan. "Now they’re “POTENTIAL” victims. and she just said what we already knew, that she doesn’t give a damn about anyone but herself. there’s no misunderstanding THAT #RHOBH," noted a fan.
