After claiming she had no idea about money and that she never handled any of her finances all of the last season, 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Erika Jayne kicked off Season 13 singing a different tune. The premiere episode of the new season featured the 'Pretty Mess' singer confiding in her co-star Garcelle Beauvais that the embezzling and fraud lawsuits against her have been 'disproven'!

The housewife claimed that her lawyers and the bankruptcy trustees agreed that her LLC never received the $20 million Lion Air payout. When Garcelle heard this she wondered why none of the news outlets or blogs reported that. Later, when Garcelle asked Erika if she could sue the news outlets for tarnishing her image, Erika once again got a little defensive and claimed that those were just civil lawsuits against her and that she would handle the outlets later down the line. As it turns out, Garcelle wasn't the only one questioning Erika's claims. During her green room interview, the producers too asked Erika the same questions. The housewife was asked if the report of the lawsuit being disproved was available for the public to read.

This irked the 'RHOBH' star who curtly replied saying that Bravo could do its due diligence, and also added that the public can read the statements issued by her lawyers, which she claimed would answer all the questions. Unfortunately for Erika, none of the fans seemed to be buying her claims of the lawsuits against her being disproven. A fan tweeted, "Erika if it was disproved then why did you have to return earrings your fighting to get back. Why did the judge allow the victims to sue you? The worst liar and Bravo just goes along with it #RHOBH." "I love that Erika has never been a good liar. I be over here cackling loud af!! #RHOBH," wrote another amused fan. "Erika is not hopeful it's called delusional. #rhobh," pointed out a fan. "Ummmmm I don't believe a word out of her mouth. So if it was disproven, why is she still in so many lawsuits and being called the "front woman" of the scams? #RHOBH," questioned a fan.

Another fan shared, "Oh, Garcelle. You know why you haven’t seen the allegations against Erika disproven. Because it’s BULLSH*T #RHOBH." "#RHOBH you go freaking read, Erika. It is a judge that makes that determination. Your lawyer parroting your side of the story is not "allegations disproven " God, another season of this sneering heiffa," expressed a fan. "I’d think if everything was disproven, you’d be able to point to evidence or an article as to where it was, correct? Why are you getting nasty with production? #RHOBH," wondered a fan.
