'It's hard to believe Erika was married for over 20 years & didn't have access to any money or knowledge of these crimes #RHOBH,' said a fan

Part 2 of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 11 reunion revealed some explosive details of Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne's marriage. After disgraced attorney, Tom got dragged into a legal mess over allegations of embezzling money from air crash victims' families, his wife and 'RHOBH' star Erika found herself being pulled into it. Although Erika filed for divorce from Tom just days before news of his money embezzling accusations broke out and claims to be totally ignorant of her estranged husband's financial dealings, many are having a hard time believing her.

Erika's portrayal in the current season of 'RHOBH' and the reunion aren't doing her any favors either. From painting herself as a victim to labeling Tom's victims as "alleged victims" the housewife has gone above and beyond to rub off the fans the wrong way. Despite all the backlash, Erika has always been very firm on her stance that she had nothing to do with Tom's alleged crimes. This led to the reunion's host- Andy Cohen asking Erika why she chose to stay with Tom if she too was a victim of his, in the light of her recent allegations of him cheating on her. Erika shocked fans when she revealed that she stayed with Tom as she had no access to money.

Erika explained that say if she were to leave Tom with two credit cards, and they got blocked then she would have nobody to turn to for help. Andy then pointed out that she was the star if a hit reality show and made pretty good money off it, so he once again wondered why she didn't use her own money to free herself from her husband. Erika once again left everybody tongue-tied when she revealed that she gave every paycheque she received to Tom, as he handled all her finances. Erika declared that she had no access to any money even if it was her own hard-earned money.

After watching Erika's explanation for not divorcing Tom and continuing to stay with him despite his infidelity, fans, unfortunately, refused to buy her story. Fans found several loopholes in her story and took to Twitter to question her reasoning. Most fans found it impossible to believe that Erika was simply handing over all her money to Tom. A fan tweeted, "Weren’t her paychecks written to “Erika Girardi”, how did she NOT have access to her money? She’s either a liar or just st*pid…or BOTH! #RHOBHReunion #RHOBH." Another fan wrote, "He was deteriorating and remembered to take your little bravo Cheque? Erika? #RHOBH." "I don’t believe for one second that Erika gave Tom all her money from the show. #RHOBH," added a fan.

"Erika Can fly private with a full glam team everywhere but has no access to money but she's wearing it yeah ok #RHOBH," echoed a fan. "Erika Jayne claims she gave every paycheck she ever made to Tom and didn’t have access to her money in order to leave him. Uh Erika, what about that 20 million he gave you? #RHOBH," wondered a fan.
