From Bill Clinton to Cate Blanchett, 'Live with Kelly and Ryan' has a star-studded guest list next week
Everyone's favorite syndicated morning talk show 'Live with Kelly and Ryan' is set for one hell of a week from June 4-8 with an impressive line-up. From former president Bill Clinton who is promoting his novel 'A President Is Missing' to Cate Blanchett, the star of the most anticipated 'Ocean's 8,' some of the most beloved celebrities are making an appearance on the show.
Next week, fans will also get to see Ryan Seacrest and Kelly Rippa chatting with the winner of the prestigious Scripps National Spelling Bee. The Spanish power-couple Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem – who are oh so secretive about their relationship – will also visit the Kelly and Ryan, albeit separately – to promote the same film.
On Monday three-time Emmy winner Julianna Margulies, who has a new show to promote in AMC’s “Dietland,” would chat with the hosts. In the show, which marks Julianna's foray into television post the very successful 'The Good Wife,' she plays a narcissistic ice queen magazine editor.
The same episode will also see Kelly and Ryan chatting with 14-year-old Texan Karthik Nemmani, who became the Scripps National Spelling Bee champion on Thursday night by spelling koinonia right.
On Tuesday, Cate Blanchett, who is one among the eight leading ladies of 'Ocean's 8' will appear on the show to promote the film. We certainly cannot wait to hear about the shenanigans the unbelievably talented group of ladies got into while shooting for this heist film.
Following Cate, Debi Mazar, star of TV Land's 'Younger,' will also drop by. The fifth season of her hilarious show, in which Debi plays the sharp-tongued Maggie is set to debut on June 5.
On Wednesday, Kelly and Ryan will interview the incredibly talented and beautiful Penélope Cruz, whose film 'Loving Pablo' is set for release on June 15.
In the film, she plays Virginia Vallejo, a real-life journalist who fell in love with Pablo Escobar, the still feared – and alternatively revered - '80s Columbian drug lord.
The episode will also feature a performance by rock band 'American Authors' and an appearance from Alicia Silverstone, who will be promoting her upcoming show 'American Woman.'
The show, which is set for release on June 7, is loosely based on the childhood of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Kyle Richards.
Thursday will see Javier Barden chatting with Kelly and Ryan. He would also be seen promoting 'Loving Pablo,' the film in which he is playing Pablo to wife Penélope's Virginia.
On Friday, the Kelly and Ryan's guests include Bill Clinton, author James Patterson and Ricky Martin. The Puerto Rican sweetheart will talk about his series 'The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story - Season 2,' in which he plays Antonio D'Amico, the long-term partner of the beloved Italian fashion designer, whose murder is the subject of the series.
Former president Clinton and the bestselling novelist James would talk about their upcoming novel 'A President is Missing,' which is set for release on 4 June.
