‘Perfect Match’ Season 1 couples: Where are they now? Netflix couples spill the tea on their post-show romance
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In Netflix’s reality TV dating show, 'Perfect Match' Season 1, contestants from various Netflix reality shows, including 'Love Is Blind', 'Too Hot to Handle', 'The Circle', 'The Ultimatum', and 'The Mole' were brought together.
Hosted by Nick Lachey, the series placed former contestants in a villa where they competed in dating challenges to find their ideal partner. Each week, those without a match were eliminated, while new contestants joined to shake things up. The ultimate goal was to be voted the perfect match by their fellow contestants and win a cash prize. Here's what they are doing now!
'The Perfect Match' Season 1 contestants
Francesca and Damian
Francesca Farago and Damian Powers ended their relationship in Episode 11. Francesca expressed doubts about their compatibility outside the villa, citing their lack of deep conversations. After the show, Francesca reconnected with her ex, Jesse Sullivan, a TikTok star, and they are currently together. Damian follows Francesca on Instagram, indicating they remain on amicable terms.
Dom and Georgia
Dom Gabriel and Georgia Hassarati, winners of the season, broke up due to the challenges of a long-distance relationship—Georgia is from Brisbane, Australia, and Dom is from Toronto, Canada. Georgia dated Harry Jowsey from 'Too Hot to Handle' after the show, but they also broke up due to distance and other issues. Dom remains single and open to future connections, expressing a positive outlook on meeting new people.
Joey and Kariselle
Joey Sasso and Kariselle Snow got engaged in the finale, with Joey proposing during their final date. However, they broke up after returning to the real world, facing difficulties adjusting to life outside the show. Joey and Kariselle are currently working on repairing their friendship and have no regrets about their relationship, valuing their shared experiences on the show.
Chloe and Shayne
Chloe Veitch and Shayne Jansen, despite making it to the finale, are no longer dating. Their relationship faced challenges towards the end of the show, and the significant distance between them—Chloe is from Essex, England, and Shayne is from the United States—was a major factor in their breakup. Both have since moved on, focusing on their individual lives and careers.
Bartise and Izzy
Bartise Bowden and Izzy Fairthorne are no longer together. Bartise, who had previously turned down Nancy Rodriguez on 'Love Is Blind' Season 3, connected well with Izzy during the show. Despite their breakup, they seem to have parted on good terms and continue to pursue their individual interests.
Nick and LC
Nick Uhlenhuth and Lauren “LC” Chamblin admitted during the finale that their romantic connection wasn't strong. Both decided it was unrealistic to label themselves as the perfect match and ended their relationship amicably. They have since focused on building genuine connections outside of reality TV, pursuing personal growth and new opportunities.
