'PAW Patrol: The Movie' starring Kim Kardashian and Jimmy Kimmel: Release date, plot, cast and all you need to know about Nickelodeon animated film
Here is some exciting news for fans of the kid’s adventure show ‘PAW Patrol’. The animated show now has a movie titled ‘PAW Patrol: The Movie’ with a starry cast. Reality television star Kim Kardashian and Jimmy Kimmel are among the stars who are going to lend their voices to the new movie. The film is currently in production with the cast and crew working remotely.
To keep up the hype, PAW Patrol’s official Twitter handle announced the cast for the animated feature film. Besides Kimmel and Kardashian, the movie will have actors including Iain Armitage of ‘Young Sheldon’ fame, Tyler Perry of play ‘Madea’, Randall Park of sitcom ‘Fresh Off the Boat’, Dax Shepard of ‘The Ranch’, Yara Shahidi of ‘Grown-ish’, Marsai Martin of ‘Black-ish’ and newcomer Will Brisbin.

‘PAW Patrol: The Movie’ is slated to release on August 20, 2021.
Plot
To understand the plot of the film one has to get to know a bit about the show. The show ‘PAW Patrol’, which premiered in 2013, revolves around a young boy named Ryder. Ryder pilots a crew of search-and-rescue dogs that work together on missions to save the shoreside community of Adventure Bay. The dogs — Chase, Marshall, Rubble, Zuma, Rocky and Skye — live in quirky houses that can transform into vehicles for their missions.
The pups are called to Adventure City to stop Mayor Humdinger from converting the bustling metropolis into a state of chaos. The film will reportedly have thrilling missions, risky rescues, new pups and amazing new vehicles. As per media reports, the film is based on the preschool series produced by Spin Master Entertainment and is going to be broadcasted by Nickelodeon.

Jimmy Kimmel
James Christian Kimmel is a well-known television host, comedian, writer and producer. He is the host and executive producer of ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’, which is a popular late-night talk show. The television star has also hosted notable awards such as Primetime Emmy Awards in 2012, 2016 and 2020, and the Academy Awards in 2017 and 2018.
Kimmel has also been into production, producing shows such as ‘Crank Yankers’, ‘Sports Show with Norm Macdonald’ and ‘The Andy Milonakis Show’. He was named as one of 'The World's 100 Most Influential People' by Time magazine in 2018.
Tyler Perry
Tyler Perry is an actor, writer, producer and director. He is the mastermind behind 17 feature films, 20 stage plays and seven television shows. The actor has built an empire that has captured the imagination of worldwide audiences. He is famously known for creating and performing as the character Madea in the play ‘I Can Do Bad All By Myself’. Many of his stage plays have been subsequently adapted as films, breaking the conventional filmmaking techniques. The multitalented personality was listed as the highest-paid man in entertainment by Forbes in 2011.
