“The film takes place over the course of a single morning in a 911 dispatch call center. Call operator Joe Baylor (Gyllenhaal) tries to save a caller in grave danger—but he soon discovers that nothing is as it seems, and facing the truth is the only way out.”

Jake Gyllenhaal will be playing the lead role of Joe Baylor in the movie. The movie is based on the Dutch movie of the same name directed by Gustav Moller. Meanwhile, the English version has been helmed by Antoine Fuqua, who is known for directing movies such as ‘Training Day’, ‘Olympus Has Fallen’, ‘The Equalizer’, and ‘The Magnificent Seven’.
This is his second movie with Gyllenhaal after 2015’s drama ‘Southpaw’. Apart from Gyllenhaal and Fuqua, notable names like Riva Marker, David Litvak, Gary Michael Walters, David Haring, Michael Litvak, Svetlana Metkina, Scott Greenburg, and Kat Samick serve as producers on the movie.

The trailer of the movie is filled with mystery and seems it’s going to be one helluva ride. Joe Baylor’s (Gyllenhaal) day is going as usual when he receives a mysterious call from a woman who has someone in her car and is not friendly. The woman hangs up the phone because she thinks she’s going to die. Baylor tries to rescue that woman but nothing is going his way as air support is grounded due to wildfire.
