'NCIS: Hawai'i': Was there more to Lucy, Kate's kiss in Episode 1? Fans want footage

For those who wanted to see more of Kate Whistler (Tori Anderson) and Lucy Tara (Yasmine Al-Bustami), 'NCIS: Hawai'i's latest episode gave a look at their on-off relationship that was teased over the last six episodes. One of the storylines sees Lucy's relationship being explored and although there is a bit of a tiff to start with, the final minutes of the episode see them work it out much to the fans' happiness. 

Titled 'Rescuer', the episode sees the team attempt to solve the murder of a Navy petty officer. Jane Tennant​ and her crack unit investigate while protecting the victim’s friend and colleague, Tracy Miller (Ashleigh LaThrop). The intense episode sees the team put through the paces, but in trademark fashion, it was a happy ending and some 'Kacy' content for those who wanted it.

However, Twitter wanted more especially after the show posted an image of the two sharing a romantic moment on social media. "excuse me cbs social media intern: imma need you to talk to your bosses and ask them to give us more of that good gay kacy content please and thank you," read one of the tweets. "Wait, there was more to the pilot scene? Please @NCISHawaiiCBS release the deleted footage of this scene!!" read another. The pilot scene that ended with them sharing a raunchy kiss apparently had more.

"So you’re telling me there was more to the pilot scene? We love to see it, bestie," one of the fans asked. "So cute! Give them more scenes, please!" a fan remarked. Some wondered if the team was aware of Kate and Lucy's relationship. "I wonder if the rest of the team know about Lucy and Kate #NCISHawaii". "Ok obsessed with this ship on NCIS: Hawaii kacy (Kate Whistler and Lucy Tara) and they remind me of Kendall and Lucy (kucy) from big time rush. It’s scary," a comment read.

'NCIS: Hawai'i' airs Mondays at 10 pm ET on CBS.
