Chef Nadiya Hussain made quite the impact in mid-2020 with her show 'Nadiya's Time to Eat' that focused on families that are usually strapped for time and money. She offered a plethora of shortcuts and ways to churn out proper meals from whatever little ingredients that can be found in the fridge so that families who usually rely on takeaway meals could use these methods to healthify their eating habits by turning to wholesome food that is also delicious. Chef Nadiya's escapades in the kitchen will be seen on yet another show but this time it's all about what she first rose to fame from. Release Date

Season 1 of 'Nadiya Bakes' is scheduled to release globally on Friday, February 12, 2021. All episodes from the season will be available to stream on Netflix.

"Sometimes when you want something sweet, you want it to hit the spot," Nadiya begins describing what the show is going to be like in the trailer. Viewers can expect to learn baking bread in their own kitchen to turning a bar of chocolate into a sinful dessert, and everything in between through this show. Not just that, Nadiya will also be sharing her techniques that will help viewers make their creations taste amazing and also look as beautiful as the ones found at the patisserie. Whether one is looking to bake a simple cake for a quaint celebration or the occasion calls for something more elaborate and detailed, there's going to be something for everyone on the show. "Delightful cakes and heavenly breads pop from the oven as Nadiya Hussain returns to baking, her happy place and spotlights creative kindred spirits," reads the official synopsis of 'Nadiya Bakes' on Netflix.

Nadiya Jamir Hussain is a British TV chef, a published author, and a TV presenter. She rose to fame in 2015 after emerging as the winner of the sixth season of 'The Great British Bake Off'. Her time on the show did not just earn her a huge social media following with her fans terming themselves as 'Nadiyators' but she also won the backing of the then British president David Cameron who had become hooked to the show after watching it with his children. He also was of the opinion that Nadiya is “cool under pressure” and was rooting for her to be chosen as the winner by Hollywood and Mary Berry.
