The story revolves around a family who plans to create a family tree with the help of DNA. After a family tree DNA test reveals that her deceased father loved a double life, Shelby (Kimberly-Sue Murray) meets Rose (Hannah Anderson), the half-sister she never knew she had. But everything starts to go downhill when Shelby gets to know about her father’s inheritance and fears that her sister might do anything to get what she wants.

Plot
The official synopsis reads, “Shelby is devastated after her father’s death. She always shared a close bond with him and feels lonely after his demise. Interested and curious about her family connections, Shelby decides to look up the DNA-based family tree. She is surprised to find out that her father had an alternate life and also had other kids. Suddenly finding out that she might not be alone and have a sibling somewhere who shares her DNA, Shelby is elated and happy. She goes on a mission to find this sibling and meets Rose, her half-sister. But as the initial euphoria dies down, and the question of who gets her Father’s inheritance crops up, things begin to change.”

The movie will see Kimberly-Sue Murray and Hannah Anderson in the lead roles. Sue-Murray is known for her roles in projects such as ‘Being Human’, ‘The Scarehouse’, ‘Crimson Peak’, and ‘The Wedding Planner’.
