'MAFS' Season 14: Noi dubbed 'keyboard warrior' for airing her issues with Steve online

Noi is clearly struggling to address important conversations and taking to social media now and again isn't helping her cause

For the couples of 'Married At First Sight', communication is the only way to make their marriage work. Attraction and hope aside, if these couples cannot talk about what bothers them, then there is no hope for a successful future.

Season 14 can certainly use a little help when it comes to communication. Nearly all the couples are struggling, including those who came off strong initially. Steve and Noi looked like they might have been on the right track, but they are currently far from it.

As Dr Pepper sat down with Steve and Pastor Cal met with Noi, they addressed the issues the couple had been facing. For Noi, it was her need to run to social media each time there was an issue between the couple. Pastor Cal told her that he'd even seen successful couples succumb to social media and it was best for it to be kept out of a relationship. Noi even opened up about why Steve having a job was vital for her, as it stemmed from her past, seeing that she grew up poor. But when Steve spoke to Dr Pepper, he noted that she never had a straight conversation with him about it. While he did admit that it's a matter they needed to address, Noi was clearly working around it.

Fans called Noi out on her behavior. "Noi is definitely a keyboard warrior. She needs to actually speak to Steve. Posting on SM will not help her in her marriage #mafs #mafsboston #MarriedAtFirstSightboston" tweeted a fan. "Noi is big mad that she be at work and Steve is a free spirit with money. He said he’s good financially #mafs" added another. "I wonder how much money Noi husband has saved up? He must have something if he is living on his own off of it! He definitely need to come with some receipts #MAFS" asked another. "The not having a job thing was concerning at first but once he said he contributes 3-4x more than her….#MAFS #MarriedAtFirstSight" observed another. "#MAFS Just ask Steve - Do you have enough money in savings to support your half of the finances? When the fund runs out are you going to get a job?" asked a fan.

However, not all fans were Team Steve, as others firmly held on to the belief that he was the issue here. "Noi is not the issue. The issue is that an unemployed man was chosen to be a husband #MAFS #MarriedAtFirstSight" tweeted a fan. "How they gon match Noi with a MF that ain’t got no job then gaslight her like she’s the problem!" added another.
