'MacGyver' Season 4 Episode 5: Adorable little fan dishes out theories on the dramatic cliffhanger with Matty

Another explosive episode of 'MacGyver' Season 4 has arrived, dropping some major revelations that are going to rock the show's world down to its core. Chief among these was the reveal that Matty Webber (Meredith Eaton) may be a traitor and the actual head of Codex, codenamed Titan.
Obviously, fans are losing their minds over the reveal and quite a few of them have been taking to social media to discuss the cliffhanger and what it might mean for the future of the show. Considering how beloved Matty is among the fans, this isn't an easy thing to stomach and fans desperately want some answers.
"@PLenkov My heart sank with the plot twist!" One fan wrote on Twitter. "I absolutely adore @MerEaton AKA 'Boss Lady'. Pray it's a rogue."
"Okay @MacGyverCBS we need to have a little talk," another fan tweeted. "WHAT’S HAPPENING??!!! Mac & Desi kissing? Riley was his 'wife' and didn't get one! And what’s this with @MerEaton being a “Thornton 2.0”?! Overall it WAS an amazing episode but, really? I. NEED. ANSWERS!"
That's just a small sample of how fans have been reacting to the reveal. Clearly, we're all going to be waiting eagerly for next Friday so we can see where this story is going but in the meantime, one adorable little fan has some theories to share.
"My 9 year old can’t go to sleep for talking about @MacGyverCBS," a user wrote on Twitter. "She’s got theories about @MerEaton, @hicusick & Aubrey. So funny and cute! #MacGyver."
The tweet came attached with a video of the cute little girl talking about how she thinks Matty may have been framed, either by Russ Taylor (Henry Ian Cusick) or by the boyfriend of Riley Davis (Tristin Mays), whom Matty briefly met at the beginning of the season.
Those are some interesting theories and we're really hoping all will be revealed when 'MacGyver' Season 4 returns to screens on March 13 at 8/7 c on CBS.
