While some on-screen love stories do culminate in off screen-romance, most sadly come to a screeching halt immediately after wrapping up filming. However, as any pragmatic person would know, sometimes just love isn't enough, and nobody knows this better than Natalie Lee and Shayne Jansen.

Despite hitting it off almost immediately in the pods, and surviving their fair share of drama, thanks to Shaina Hurley, Natalie decided to ditch Shayne at the altar. Though, the couple tried to work things out after production wrapped up, unfortunately, things didn't work out and the couple called it quits for good. Where are Natalie and Shayne now?

According to a PEOPLE report dated March 2022, Natalie and Shayne are not together anymore. The ex-couple permanently parted ways. After Natalie and Shayne got engaged in the Netflix show's second season, their relationship hit a rocky patch. They even experienced several ups and downs after they decided to explore their love and relationship in the real world. They eventually had a heated verbal spat on the day before their wedding during which Shayne ended up calling Natalie "the worst thing" that's ever happened to him and said that he "hated" her. Even after Natalie left Shayne at the altar on the show, the duo continued to date on and off for several months.

Shayne's attempts at rekindling their relationship  

In the interview, Shayne also mentioned how he tried to rekindle their relationship several times after the filming wrapped, by mentioning to Natalie how they both have had amazing times together as a couple. Shayne said, "I always kept telling her we have such good times [together] ...That's also why we've reconnected four times after the show. We tried four times, and just recently, this past weekend."

Natalie's friendship with 'Bachelorette' star Blake Moynes 

Speaking about the reality starlet, Natalie had gone on a Caribbean trip with 'Bachelorette' star Blake Moynes where they were seen saving sea turtles in August. Despite the rumors of their relationship, Natalie, via her Instagram post dated August 8, clarified that she and Blake were only "friends" and nothing more.



 

As soon as she posted their pictures together, fans were quick to react. "Not the subtle friend zone at the end," said a fan in the comments section. "Dang!! Marry him and make gorgeous babies, please!" said another fan on the post. "You spelled boyfriend wrong," another fan commented.

Natalie's recent travels so far 

According to Natalie’s Instagram updates, she has been traveling to New York, the Caribbean, Four Seasons Resort in the West Indies, Paris, Muskegon in Michigan, Chicago, Suttons Bay in Michigan, Schonbrunn Palace in Vienna, Boston in Massachusetts, Sintra in Portugal, Itaewon in Seoul, Mission Dolores Park, Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, Barcelona, and several other places.



 

Shayne's recent travels so far 

According to Shayne’s Instagram updates, he has been to Wisconsin, West Loop in Chicago, Illinois, Colorado, Ixtapa in Guerrero, De Pere in Wisconsin, and Los Angeles among other places



 

When Shayne was asked about the ups and downs in his former ‘Love Is Blind’ relationship on host Nick Viall's ‘Viall Files’ podcast, he revealed that he was done pursuing Natalie and that the relationship was "officially over". He said, “I am now, officially. It's over. Actually, for the first time, I can confidently say that. If you asked me that a week ago, I wouldn't be able to answer that question for you.”

The synopsis for the three-part special describes how real life comes into the picture now after the wedding experiment. The official description of 'Love is Blind: After the Altar' Season 2 reads, “After the experiment, reality comes into focus. What happened to the couples and singles from Love is Blind season two after the weddings? Love is truly blind, but is the future blurry? Follow the stories of Jarrette, Iyanna, Deepti, Shayne, Natalie, and more when Love is Blind: After the Altar (S2) premieres September 16th.”
