What happens when two rivals become friends and eventually fall in love? Their story becomes worthy of being told over and over. Hallmark’s upcoming romantic comedy-drama, ‘Love in Store’, is one such story of two television show hosts who compete against each other, only to end up with each other.

Plot
Sharyn is a popular home shopping host and is seeking a replacement. Terrie and David are two competing hosts on other hope shopping shows. Their rivalry doesn’t affect either until they are forced to face each other while competing for promotion and take the one spot that will replace Sharyn. In the course of the competition, their rivalry turns into friendship and sparks start to fly, both onscreen and off-screen. Will their chemistry become something more intimate?
Cast
The romantic comedy stars Alexandra Breckenridge, Robert Buckley and Jackée Harry in the lead roles.
Alexandra Breckenridge, who stars as Terrie, has been a child actor. She debuted with the indie comedy movie, ‘Locust Valley’, followed by guest roles in ‘Dawson’s Creek’, ‘Freaks and Geeks’, and supporting roles in ‘Big Fat Liar’, ‘Orange County’, the short film ‘D.E.B.S’ among others. Breckenridge is known for her roles in ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’, ‘Romy and Michele: In the Beginning’, ‘True Blood’, ‘American Horror Story’ and more. She has also worked as a voice artist for characters in ‘Family Guy’.
Robert Buckley stars as David in the movie. A former writer and producer, the actor shot to fame with his role of Clayton Evans on The CW’s longest drama, ‘One Tree Hill’. His other notable roles have been in shows like ‘Lipstick Jungle’, ‘Fashion House’, ‘American Heiress’, ‘Privileged’, ‘666 Park Avenue’, ‘Hart of Dixie’ and several other popular ones.
Jackee Harry is a popular face of network television and stage and plays the role of Sharyn. She is the first African American to win an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a comedy series for ‘227’ and was also nominated for Golden Globe. Harry’s other notable roles include those for ‘Jackee’, ‘The Women of Brewster Place’, ‘The Royal Family’, and ‘Sister, Sister’. Her recent work comprises ‘2 Broke Girls’, ‘That’s So Raven’ and ‘The Paynes’.
Director
‘Love in Store’ is directed by Paul Ziller and written by Joie Botkin. Ziller is a director and writer, known for working on ‘Jingle Around the Clock’ (2018), ‘Ruby Herring Mysteries: Silent Witness’ (2019) and ‘Ungodly Acts’ (2015). Screenwriter Joie Botkin is known for her work on ‘Jennifer's Body’ (2009), ‘My One & Only’ (2019) and ‘Love in Store’ (2020).
