Did Ashley 'Minnie' Ross and Nick fight before her car crash? Truth behind 'Little Women: Atlanta' star's death
Ashley 'Minnie' Ross's tragic death on April 27, 2020, left her family and fans devastated. Her team claimed it was a hit-and-run case but after a thorough investigation, it was announced that she died of blunt force trauma and no third vehicle was involved. Apparently, there's more to the accident which we will explore in a bit. The 'Little Women Atlanta' star "lost control of her car while traveling southbound on one side of a highway, causing her to jerk the steering wheel right," TMZ reported.
She was not driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol when "she went off-road briefly before violently swinging back to the left and colliding with another vehicle in the opposite lane," the outlet further stated. This was after her publicist told Newsweek that an eye witness saw a third car that caused the accident and fled the scene.

Soon after, the team shared a statement confirming the death of the TV star on her Instagram handle. "It is with profound sadness that we confirm on behalf of the family of Ashley Ross aka 'Ms Minnie' of 'Little Women Atlanta' has succumbed to injuries from a tragic hit and run car accident today at the age of 34. The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very difficult time," it read.
According to TMZ, the Fulton County Medical Examiner said there was no autopsy performed on Minnie. She'll likely be listed as having died from blunt force trauma from the accident.
A memorial was held a week later that was to be attended by just 10 members, including close friends and family. Was boyfriend Nick aka Slickbeatz there? He did put up an emotional post on Instagram after Minnie died but there's no way to be certain if he attended the funeral service.
Now the shocking bit. According to a Gossip of the City report, Minnie was chasing her 'boyfriend' on the night of the accident. And that's all that we know of it. Did they fight? Again, a question that will probably never get addressed. At this point, we cannot confirm this information. It's speculation at best because as far as we can remember her relationship with Slickbeatz was smooth. Even though they were taking it slow, their interactions with each other were warm and full of promises of a happy future and togetherness. They went out on dates and had even met each other's families.
