'Dangerous Medicine' is one of 13 films that Lifetime movies is starting the year off with. In a bid to say goodbye to the 'wrong' year of 2020, Lifetime Movies 13 new thrillers include five new 'Wrong' franchise films executive produced by and starring Vivica A Fox.

Back to 'Dangerous Medicine', it centers on the disturbing tale of a physical therapist whose loving care of her patient soon takes a turn for the worse and morphs into obsession.

Release date

'Dangerous Medicine' premieres on Lifetime Movies on Friday, March 5, at 8 pm ET/PT.

Plot

According to a synopsis by Lifetime, "After losing the use of his legs in a car crash, Tony (Kerry Fager, Christmas Coupon) is helped to walk again by Daphne (Leann Van Mol, Smuggling in Suburbia), his physical therapist. But Daphne’s loving care soon morphs into a sick attempt to possess Tony forever."

Cast

Chris Cimperman

Chris Cimperman plays the role of Tony who finds himself in the grip of his obsessive physical therapist after he loses the use of his legs in a crash. Chris initially worked on the production side of several television shows and was then drawn to acting.



 

Leann Van Mol

Leann Van Mol is known for films like 'Smuggling in Suburbia'  which centers around a struggling single mother, who must fight for her teenage daughter's freedom after she is arrested for an illegal diamond smuggling operation. She also had a role in the TV series 'After Lately' in 2011.
