HENRYETTA, OKLAHOMA: A victim of deceased convicted rapist Jesse McFadden, 39, has broken her silence after seven bodies were discovered at an Oklahoma property. Two missing teenagers, Ivy Webster and Brittany Brewer, were reportedly found dead along with five other people, including convicted rapist McFadden on May 1.

The four other victims have been identified by a family member, but not by the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office. The victims are said to be McFadden's wife Holly Guess, 35, and her children Rylee Elizabeth Allen, 17, Michael James Mayo, 15, and Tiffany Dore Guess, 13.

McFadden's victim, Krystle Strong, told NewsNation that she was attacked by the man when she was 16, and accused the Pittsburg County District Attorney's office of failing to keep the public safe. McFadden was released from prison four years earlier than it was scheduled, according to the Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry. His trial for the charges related to the exchange with the minor was supposed to begin on April 1.

"I begged the DA a long time ago not to ever let him out of prison because I knew that he would do this to someone else," Strong said. The current DA, Chuck Sullivan, told The US Sun, "We do not control whether or not that happens." Sullivan did not hold the position when McFadden was convicted in 2003. The decision lies with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.

Who is Krystle Strong?

Strong is from Muskogee, Oklahoma, according to her Facebook profile, where she describes herself as a 'Digital creator.' She works as a 'Certified Medication Aide (CMA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)'.

"In 2020, I actually got a hold of the court system and said, 'You guys are going to let him out after I'd just seen this splashed across the news, and he had a court case with another young girl,'" Strong said, according to Fox News. "'You guys are still going to let him out?' This shows that he has not changed."

"I just suppressed a lot of those memories and then today brought it all back and all I wanted was those babies to be brought home," Strong said. Of the recent deaths of the seven people, she said, "The minute I heard about this this morning I had a gut-wrenching feeling that those babies weren't gonna come out of there." Strong said someone she knew was recently attacked by McFadden's brother.

Who was Jesse McFadden?

McFadden was a convicted rapist who was given a 20-year sentence for a 2004 first-degree rape charge in Pittsburg County, as per the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. He was accused of exchanging nude photos and videos with an underage girl from the Jess Dunn Correctional Center. For this crime, he was charged with soliciting sexual communications with a minor and possession/distribution of juvenile content.
