Kouri Richins: Inside Utah author's luxurious $3.75M mansion for which she allegedly killed husband Eric
HEBER CITY, UTAH: Licensed real estate sales agent Kouri Richins, who got arrested in Park City, Utah, on May 8 on charges including felony first-degree aggravated murder stemming from the death of her husband, Eric Richins, on March 4, 2022, had fought with him over buying a $3.75 million mansion. Kouri claimed earlier that the duo was celebrating buying the property in March last year when her husband died from a massive overdose of fentanyl as their three children slept upstairs.
However, Eric's family told investigators that he was planning to tell his wife they were not buying the 22,000-square-foot unfinished home, on the same day Kouri was informed that she has been removed from Eric’s will. Eric felt it was too expensive since it was going to cost them nearly $2 million. But Kouri closed the deal to buy the estate on March 5, 2022, just a day after her husband died, reports New York Post.

Apart from that, it also has a therapy pool, full-sized pool, golf simulator, and indoor volleyball court, among others.
