PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: A 22-year-old Burger King cook, identified as Keyshawn Nicholson, found himself behind bars following allegations of assaulting his girlfriend in a car.

The incident, which occurred in late July, resulted in his arrest last week. Nicholson has been held at the Palm Beach County Jail since August 22, facing charges of false imprisonment and battery, according to CBS.

On July 24, emergency dispatchers received not one, but two distress calls, potentially from the same person, alerting authorities to a heated altercation between a man and a woman.

According to the affidavit, the caller indicated that the woman was in distress, with reports of her screaming.

Responding swiftly to the calls, officers from the Riviera Beach Police Department (RBPD) located the couple and the victim was transported to St Mary's Hospital.

A verbal dispute erupted between Nicholson and the woman when she refused to hand over her cellphone, as detailed in the affidavit.

Keyshawn Nicholson accused of three alleged assaults

The 22-year-old is alleged to have physically assaulted her, reportedly punching and biting her on three separate occasions. In an attempt to seek help, the woman managed to exit the vehicle but was forcibly pulled back by her hair shortly thereafter.

"Where the f*** you going and sit your a** down right here," Nicholson allegedly said.

As per the affidavit, Nicholson ordered her back into the vehicle, and the physical assault continued with him hitting, biting, and scratching her. The woman informed officers that she had pleaded with Nicholson, saying, "Stop, you are going to kill me."

She managed to escape again, running for help. However, Nicholson caught up with her and forcibly pulled her back by her hair yet again.

Nicholson allegedly confronted the woman with strong words, saying, "Where the f*** do you think you are going?" before forcing her to re-enter the vehicle.

The victim mentioned to the RBPD officers that she had seen police cars passing by. One of the officers approached them and instructed Nicholson to release the woman, which he complied with. But he fled the scene.

Keyshawn Nicholson punched his GF more than 100 times

The woman claimed she was forcibly kept in the car and endured more than 100 punches.

When examined at the hospital, officers recorded her injuries, which included bruises, a bloody nose and lips, scratches, and bite marks. The affidavit listed a total of 11 bite marks on her leg, hand, shoulder, cheek, neck, and arms.
