'Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer': Fans sure Amanda's 'here for love' after plot twist

With Amanda possibly having more money than Steven, she made it clear that she was here for love

With only seven women left at the Lakeshore Manor, it is now down to the wire for Kurt and Steven, as they have to make crucial choices on 'Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer'. While they have had plenty of time to get to know the ladies, the show decided to take it one step further and invited the women's families over.

It certainly wasn't easy for Kurt and Steven, as the parents grilled them endlessly, asking them various questions, trying to figure out who the millionaire was between them. And while some unveiled the truth, some interesting information was uncovered by them too, regarding Amanda.

The plot twist of this season has certainly been the fact that Amanda is allegedly richer than Steven, who is worth over $10 million. While her mother Debbie let the cat out of the bag, Amanda explained that her grandfather had created a hedge fund. However, despite having the money, she and her family didn't show it off and lived relatively normal lives. Amanda did not care about the money and was looking to find love on the show. Fans were pretty shocked to find out that Amanda was wealthy and was also impressed that for her, love came first, seeing that she hadn't mentioned her wealth until now.

In addition, fans fell in love with Amanda's mother, Debbie, who has hilarious and easy to talk to.
