LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jes Staley, the ex-JP Morgan senior executive was named in the Senior US District Judge Jed Rakoff’s 54-page opinion and order involving his involvement in Epstein’s sex trafficking schemes. As per the documents, Staley allegedly abused "some" of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims, and received a "sexually suggestive" photograph of one young woman. The indictment explains the reason why the case was advanced alleging that JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank benefitted from the now-deceased pedophile knowingly.
JPMorgan had tried to distance itself from Staley, claiming that the organization was kept in the dark by its former executive for personal reasons. However, Jane Doe, whose name changed, is suing JPMorgan in a proposed class action. She claimed in a deposition that Staley sexually abused her. The Monday’s ruling, May 1, by Rakoff, pointed out that many other women claim the same.

'Permission to do what he wanted to her'
The judge noted that the women in the class claim that “Mr. Staley himself abused some of Epstein’s victims, including JPM Jane Doe herself. JPM Jane Doe claims that ‘one of Epstein’s friends’ — whom she later identified as Mr. Staley — ‘used aggressive force in his sexual assault of her and informed [JPM Jane Doe] that he had Epstein’s permission to do what he wanted to her.'”
'Exchanged approximately 1,200 emails'
The Virgin Islands government revealed in a separate lawsuit how deep Staley and Epstein’s relationship was back then. According to the Attorney General’s office, the claim that Epstein “exchanged approximately 1,200 emails” between 2008 and 2012, via Staley’s work email address. “These communications show a close personal relationship and ‘profound’ friendship between the two men and even suggest that Staley may have been involved in Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation,” reads the Virgin Islands lawsuit.
