Who stars in the 'Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend" series?
Alton Brown will be returning as the host. Brown is a television show host, chef, author, actor, cinematographer, and musician. He's hosted shows such as 'Good Eats', 'Feasting on Asphalt', 'Feasting on Waves', 'Iron Chef America' and 'Cutthroat Kitchen'.
Brown will be joined by 'Top Chef' Season 10 winner Kristen Kish. In addition, Mark Dacascos will reprise his role as 'The Chairman'.

As per the synopsis of the series -- "The legendary Iron Chef series is reborn with a supersized approach to the ground-breaking culinary competition that started it all.
