MOSCOW, IDAHO: Internet is baffled after one social media user pointed that that Moscow police is still on the lookout for "people" involved in the Idaho quadruple murders, months after suspect Bryan Kohberger was caught. Kohberger, 28, has been accused of fatally stabbing University of Idaho students Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Madison Mogen, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Ethan Chapin, 20, in their off-campus three-story rented home on November 13, 2022. He was arrested in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania, on December 30, 2022.
Moscow police is still looking for tips on its website. "Detectives are looking for context to the events and people involved in these murders," a statement says. "To assist with the ongoing investigation, any odd or out-of-the-ordinary events that took place should be reported. Our focus is the investigation, not the activities. Your information, whether you believe it is significant or not, might be the piece of the puzzle that helps investigators solve these murders."

This was pointed out by a user who is part of a group called 'University of Idaho Murders - Case Discussion' on Facebook. "I find it interesting that this is still up and the wording has changed," the user wrote, sharing the statement.
'Wonder just how strong their case is'
Internet is wondering whether there are more people, besides Kohberger, involved in the murders. "‘And people involved’ sounds…. Like they think more people are involved," one user wrote on Facebook. "Very interesting. Wonder just how strong their case is if they are still asking for info," said another. "“PEOPLE involved in these murders"," one user exclaimed.
'Even small bits of information may be helpful'
"Well, I give them props for continuing to look into things and hope they remain open minded and look into all tips in this case. A case is never truly closed until a conviction is secured," one user said, while another wrote, "Even small bits of information may be helpful. You never know. Maybe someone met BK or saw him do or say something before or after. The crime investigation doesn’t end when they catch a person. It begins there." One pointed out, "People involved can include everyone. Victims and perpetrator. Even people close to them who may not remember things immediately." One user said, "The key word in this whole thing is "context'...I don't believe they are looking for anybody else involved. They have their guy IMO."
Kohberger has now made it to the Urban Dictionary, where "Kohberger" has been described as another word for an "incel." He now reportedly plans to fight the probable cause evidence in a June 26 preliminary hearing, according to his attorney Kootenai County Public Defender Anne Taylor.
