HOUSTON, TEXAS: The late brother of the now 25-year-old Texan who reunified with his family after eight years of disappearance has been delineated. Rudy Farias made national headlines last month on June 29 when he was found outside a church by a local who dialed 911 just a few moments before his mother, Janie Santana informed multiple reporters that her son was found abused and mistreated.

According to the missing person's report filed by Janie, who is accused of being the prime suspect in the case, Rudy was only 17 years old at the time and was allegedly walking his two dogs when he suddenly vanished into thin air. The Texas high school student was not found despite the efforts of the police and local volunteers but his two dogs were located. His mother also claimed that Rudy has been unable to communicate with her ever since he reunited with her.

How did Rudy's brother die?

Rudy was only 13 when he lost his big brother and 'best friend' Charles in a road accident in 2011. His father, Rudolph Farias III, a local police officer committed suicide at the age of 51 just a few years later. Santana claimed that Rudy was reeling from the death of his brother and father and suffered from PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

Just a day before Rudolph took his life, he was fired from his job based on the outcome of an internal investigation into allegations that he and three other officers had been involved in an alleged ticket-writing scheme. The four officers came under the scanner for listing each other as witnessing officers of traffic citations in an attempt to collect overtime by appearing in court to testify.

Janie is accused of holding her son as a sex slave

The queer incident of Rudy's disappearance took a dramatic turn on Wednesday, June 5, when local New Black Panther leader and community activist Quanell X made some shocking claims regarding the case. Quanell told reporters that the 25-year-old man has claimed he had been sexually abused and hidden by his mother for the last eight years. He also alleged that Janie made him sleep in the bed with her while she was naked and made "him play daddy."

The community activist, who interviewed Rudy alongside Houston Police Department officers, claimed that he was taken aback by what he heard and added that he only opened up to him once he was at a distance from his mother. Quanell was filmed escorting Farias out of the hotel in Humble, a suburb 20 miles from downtown Houston. The victim walked with a slight limp and had a blanket over his head.

Rudy reportedly escaped by stealing his mother's car

Quanell told that the only reason why Rudy was found last week was because he stole his mother's car to get away from her. However, he crashed and ended up bloodied and bruised outside the church last week. The well-known activist also backed his claim by saying that Rudy had his mother's two-year-old credit card on him which further solidifies the fact he was not missing for eight years.

Quanell, however, refused to shed light on the details about the "kissing" when he was asked about the sexual assault claims. "Let me ask you a question - if your mother is tongue kissing you in the bed with her naked, what the hell is that? This is sick", he replied when he was asked the same question again. He claimed that Janie kept her son hidden and convinced him he had to hide because authorities were apparently looking for him to put him behind bars.

The local figure, when asked why Rudy ran away, told that he told him, "I was tired of living like a slave." He added, "Based on what that boy told me, I don't see why she's not in handcuffs right now. He was petrified but the minute he was by himself he calmed down. I believe she was drugging the hell out of this kid. He said he didn't like getting in the bed with her, that he would try to sneak out of the bed but she told him he had to be her husband."

Rudy allegedly claimed that his mother made him bathe her and punished him by locking him in a room "over and over."
