In addition to 'Love It or List It', in 2022 she began hosting her first solo design series on HGTV, 'Tough Love With Hilary Farr'. Hilary has renovated properties in various countries throughout the world, including Australia and the United Kingdom, as well as in California and New York. When not hosting, Hilary serves as president of Hilary Farr's Designs established in Toronto and in New York.



 

David Visentin

Top real estate agent and co-host of HGTV’s 'Love It or List It', David Visentin brings his dynamic selling skills and negotiating talents to the show. As a designer, Hilary Farr renovates the family home, and David tours outstanding new potential properties in the family’s price range. As a top agent in Southern Ontario’s hot real estate market, David has helped families and their dream homes. David has been practicing real estate since 1987 and has been with Country Living Realty Limited since 1987. He will do whatever it takes to get the deal done and make sure all his clients are 110 percent satisfied.

What is the buzz around ‘Love It or List it’ season 19?

David Visentin, in an interview with Cheddar News, said "due to the inflation in the market, it has been really difficult to be a real estate agent." Visentin further said that "houses have become really expensive and they’re selling very fast, sometimes at a lower price than listed. By the time, someone visits the house, there is a chance that it has already been sold." These challenges have bled into this season with multiple others but both Farr and Visentin overcome these challenges.
