Jasmine Roth has been a fixture on HGTV for a long time. Speaking about her new show, the builder and designer via the press release said, "Families everywhere are renovating their homes themselves right now. When they've taken on more than they bargained for, that's when they call me. I can rescue them from their renovation disasters and help give them their dream home."

In the series premiere, "Jasmine helps a young family who tries to tackle their own major home reno — until they realize they are in over their heads. Desperate for assistance, they hope Jasmine can turn their half-finished bathroom, kitchen, and backyard into spaces where they can finally relax and connect as a family." Speaking about what inspires her renovations and designs, Jasmine said, "When I meet homeowners, I try to understand not only their design taste and what they like as far as aesthetic but how they live."

“Take me through (your) Friday afternoon to (your) Monday morning. Just asking that question, I can learn so much about a family, even in how they answer it. Hearing how they live their lives is so important because that's what's going to make them love their house." From there, she sets out to create a (customized) home that the homeowners would love.
