After unveiling the trailer for 'X-Men '97', the series based on the Marvel Comics superhero team X-Men, Marvel has now treated fans with Bolivar Trask's first look.

After the first look at Bolivar Trask, the internet is buzzing with excitement for the animated series, which is making a comeback after an incredible 27 years.

Fans took to X to express their excitement and thoughts about the iconic character after his first look was revealed.

A fan commented, "I feel I should binge the original show. There are plot points I do not remember. I remember Master Mold showing up, but I don’t remember what happened to him." Sharing a picture of Bolivar Trask, a fan jokingly remarked, "Why does this dude look like Pedro Pascal?"

What is the plot of 'X-Men '97'?

The animated series will continue from where its predecessor left off, depicting the aftermath of Professor X's death and the challenges faced by the superhero team without their leader.

The official synopsis for 'X-Men '97' reads, “Storm and Wolverine try to continue the X-Men. Magneto comes in and wants to step up for Charles Xavier. Sinister comes in to try to end the X-Men once and for all.”

'X-Men '97' is scheduled to premiere its first two episodes on March 20, 2024 on Disney+
