'General Hospital' Season 59 Episode 216 Spoilers: Sasha gets caught in the mix while Ava sets to make things ugly
It feels like ABC's 'General Hospital' is putting an end to Esme Prince's (Avery Kristen Pohl) storyline and it won't go down without a bang. Everything that has happened so far has built up to the moment that we will get to see any time now. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Haper), Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) all play a part in this evolving storyline that has created enough tension already.
Before this, on 'General Hospital', Spencer blackmails Esme for Trina's safety and freedom without realizing that she is fully aware of the existence of her father, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). Jordan heads to Wyndemere in hopes of helping Trina as she questions Nikolas Cassadine about a man named Oz Haggerty (Max Faugno). Cody Bell tries to charm Britt Westbourne but fails to do so. Surprisingly, Maxie agrees to help him. The longest-running show has managed to keep its fire alive after all these years. Here are some spoilers for the Friday episode on July 29.

Willow and Sasha’s Problems
Willow and Sasha are in a mix of their own. Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) tells Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) that someone needs to control her and becomes overbearing in the process. Moreover, this is the last thing that Sasha needed to hear as Felty (Brian Norris) is on the way to making her life far worse. After the previous episode, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) finally lets TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) run those lab tests and she gathers the courage to ask him what is wrong with her.
Brick grows suspicious of Dex
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) tells Brick (Stephen A Smith) about the development he was willing to make regarding Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) after realizing that Dex helped him with a problem. Corinthos tell Brick that he thinks that Dex should take Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) place. However, Brick finds it weird that Dex and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) are meeting on a staircase because the twist is that Dex works for Michael.
Spencer gets on the stand
Right when Trina thought she is going to take the stand in her own defense, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) calls Spencer to the stand, which sets Trina back. He is all set to reveal the truth about his whereabouts on the day Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) released the sex video on the Internet. Trina could not have done it because she has an alibi. Now the big question is - Is this enough to convince the courtroom that Trina is innocent? Back at Wyndermore, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) arrives at the castle and is not ready to let Esme escape out of Port Charles so easily.
Previously on 'General Hospital'
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) becomes aware of the fact that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) helped him with the Josslyn Jacks situation, and considers giving Dex a promotion simply out of affection. The twist here is that Corinthos is not aware that Dex works for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Corinthos' son, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), who considered making his own personnel change, so much so that he tells Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) to take the "next step." After a conversation with Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), she realizes that Sasha is fully aware of her pregnancy.
