PARIS, FRANCE: Tensions and excitement escalate in Apple TV+'s 'Franklin' as the biographical drama approaches its conclusion.
The upcoming two episodes, yet to be released, will highlight America's victory toward independence, following Franklin's diplomatic efforts in France.
In the episodes released so far, Count of Vergennes (Thibault de Montalembert) has extended his support to Benjamin Franklin (Michael Douglas) in securing funds and troops to aid America in its fight against Great Britain.
However, the dynamics are about to change in the upcoming episode as the final moments of the war begin.
When is 'Franklin' Episode 7 releasing?
'Franklin', directed by Tim Van Patten, has followed a weekly release pattern since its debut on April 12, 2024.
Accordingly, the next episode, titled 'Begin by Creeping' will be released next Friday, May 10 at 12 am ET.
The episode will have a runtime of 55 minutes and will be available on Apple TV+.
What to expect in 'Franklin' Episode 7?
In 'Franklin' Episode 6, France extended its final aid to America, including a loan of 6,000 livres, an army of 7,000 troops, and ships to combat Great Britain at sea.
In the upcoming episode, the French army, alongside American soldiers, will fiercely battle the Englishmen on the field. However, tensions will rise as the alliance between America and France becomes endangered, with both sides plotting against each other to gain power and influence.
Meanwhile, Franklin would continue to face troubles with Edward Bancroft's (Daniel Mays) betrayal.
The official synopsis for 'Franklin' Episode 7 reads, "After victory at Yorktown, the Americans and the French plot against each other for the upper hand. Franklin is laid low at a crucial moment."
