FORT MYERS, FLORIDA: Multiple charges have been brought against a touring Florida man who allegedly confronted staff at a McDonald's outlet after complaining about his order and throwing rocks at the restaurant.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) reported that the dispute turned heated and that Luis Fernando Hernandez Larraga moved his argument behind the counter of the eatery while demanding his money back, as reported by The News-Press.

Who is Luis Fernando Hernandez Larraga?

26-year-old Luis Fernando Hernandez Larraga was taken into custody on Friday, August 11, and charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after he caused damage to the McDonald's at 18500 Summerlin Road.

Larraga was released on the same day after posting a $2,250 bond.

The trouble began when the Florida man raged over his order. The CCTV footage from Thursday, August 10, shows him rushing around the restaurant and demanding his money back.

What happened between the Florida man and McDonald's?

Larraga was reportedly not happy while waiting for his food after placing an order. The man got into a fight with the wait staff, demanding they give him his food or give him a refund.

In security footage, Larraga can be heard saying, "I want my money or my food," before requesting a refund. In response, a worker yelled for Larraga to get off the premises.

When the staff ignored his demands and told him to leave, Larraga punched a cash register screen and left the location.

Larraga grabbed some rocks from the street, flung open the restaurant entrance, and started throwing them at the counter.

A restaurant employee confronted Larraga after he had thrown rocks at the counter thrice, and the two started to punch each other per NBC 2. The employee eventually managed to force Larraga out of the place and locked the door.

However, the enraged Florida man continued his fury outside, hurling a rock ferociously at a restaurant glass, shattering it.

Deputies were called to the McDonald's at around 10.57 pm and were informed by staff that Larraga had left after being driven by a white pickup truck that had a car tow dolly.

Following that, deputies stopped a car on San Carlos Boulevard that matched the description of the one the angry Florida man had left in.

According to LCSO, all the passengers in the car were taken into custody, including Larraga, who had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and was visibly intoxicated.

Angry Florida man throws rock striking driver's face

According to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office, another enraged Florida man was detained after he threw a rock through the glass of another vehicle, striking another driver in the face during a road rage episode.

The 32-year-old, Peter Cicacci-Blackwell, was accused of petty violence, criminal mischief, and hurling a projectile into a moving object, as per Fox News.

In a statement on social media, police claimed that a man reported the Florida man in his mid-30s driving a Ford F-150 pickup truck for throwing rocks at his car while he was going eastbound on State Road 100.

The golf-ball-sized rock entered through the victim's open window, struck the windshield, bounced off the dashboard, and struck the other driver in the face.

Cicacci-Blackwell was granted release from the Flagler County jail on Tuesday, August 15, after paying a $16,500 bond.
