Florida man arrested for killing sister after argument over electric bill on August 23
ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA: A Florida man has been arrested and charged with the murder of his sister after having an argument over an electricity bill.
Rowby Severe allegedly fatally shot his sibling, Magael Brown, and also went on to severely hurt another sister on Wednesday morning, August 23, at their home on Charles Street in Pine Hills, WESH 2 reported citing the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
It has been reported that the 37-year-old accused called the police himself to inform them about the murder.
What charges does the Florida man face?
As per reports, the nature of the crime has been described as domestic and the Florida man is facing first-degree murder and aggravated battery charges.
How the tragedy unfolded?
Another sister of the Florida man reportedly told the cops that their brother was very angry with them because of an OUC power bill.
Severe did not control his rage and allegedly took out his gun from his room before attacking the 41-year-old victim as well as another sibling. He allegedly struck her hard.
However, when Brown attempted to fight back, the Flordia man fired a shot at her head.
Meanwhile, as per an investigator who is working on the case, “The issues with his sister were an ongoing issue.” Besides, court documents have reportedly claimed that the siblings had been fighting for years regarding their home, which their late mother gave them.
The official paper stated that the victim was against selling the house, but the Florida man and the other sister wanted to sell it. They even sued each other.

A Facebook user slammed the Flordia man, saying, “It wasn't that serious! You killed your sister and hurt the other over a light bill? That's so sad.”
Another user commented, “Well he doesn't have to worry about paying a light bill now.”
The third one remarked, “Put him away in prison for the rest of his life.” “It wasn’t that serious baby you should’ve been calling FPL and taking it up with them,” the fourth one added.
