Drunk Florida man threatens neighbors

In a similar incident, a drunk Florida man Randall Holley from Tampa was arrested on August 25 for shooting into a neighbor’s home and threatening another.

Tampa Free Press reported that the authorities responded to a call at an address located at Willie B Parker Road in DeFuniak Springs soon after they received a complaint about an argument and the sound of gunfire.

Upon reaching the location, the deputies found the suspect standing shirtless with his right arm stretched. He also fired two shots with the gun that he held in his right hand.

When the officers took their tactical positions, Holley went inside only to come back after a while. He was then arrested by the police.

The responding officers soon learned that Holley had earlier fired multiple shots at a tree in the front yard and also fired a shot towards a home across the street.

A woman sleeping inside the house barely escaped being shot as the bullet from Holley’s gun got stuck in an interior door of the house.

Further investigation revealed that Holley was having a heated argument with his wife. When the neighbors tried to intervene, the suspect started threatening them too by pointing his gun at them.

He was later arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, shooting a missile into an occupied dwelling, using a firearm under the influence of alcohol, and discharging a firearm in public.

Holley was booked into the Walton County Jail with a bond of $5,000. He was released later on August 25.
