LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Michael Jackson may have been like 'They don't care about us' but his fandom begs to differ. The King of Pop's life story is apparently being adapted for a tv show which will be helmed by none other than, 'Emancipation' director, Antoine Fuqua. Although Fuqua is best known for his successful collaborations with actor Denzel Washington. The filmmaker has helmed films like 'Training Day,' 'The Magnificent Seven' and 'The Equalizer' franchise. However, 'We are the World,' singer, unfortunately, died from an overdose of propofol administered by his personal physician back in 2009.

Jackson is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, with estimated sales of over 400 million records worldwide. Furthermore, he was the first artist to have a top-ten single on the Billboard Hot 100 in five different decades. Moving on to Fuqua, his most recent project, 'Emancipation' received mixed reviews from critics, who praised Smith's performance but criticized the screenplay and its handling of real-life events.

A musical drama biopic about The G.O.A.T Vocalist, Performer and all around Entertainer that ever lived, The World has ever seen and ever had. The King of POP himself, I’m Hyped." A fan shared, "However you feel about Michael Jackson, I'm sure we can all agree that one film (which nobody wants anyway) wouldn't be enough to tell the story.
