PANAMA CITY, PANAMA: Fans may think the contestants from 'Love is Blind' are best suited for the next Netflix reality show, 'Perfect Match,' but after more than half of the season has aired, they have found they are not thrilled to see the alumni return. Bartise Bowden dated Ines Tazi in the show, but after she dumped him in the following episode, he did not take it with dignity, and viewers were not happy with his reaction.

Viewers may believe that the folks from 'Love Is Blind' are the best fit for this show. Regardless of whether they want to find their soulmate or not, they present themselves as if they are sincerely looking for love. It's almost shocking to see how they compare to the contestants on the competing shows. However, when Bartise, the Season 3 star, appeared on another Netflix dating show, his brief appearance sparked angry comments from viewers.

Bartise tells Ines he's not most attracted to her

While they were the most connected yesterday (the day he joined the show as her date but subsequently opted to match with Izzy Fairthorne), Bartise says he's not sure whether he'll pick her tonight. He approaches Ines and informs her that they should match based on... "the way" Bartise looks and "the way" Ines looks. He also tells Ines that most girls he meets are tripping all over themselves because they're frightened, and he admires how Ines keeps her calm.

Kariselle is irritated and tells Bartise that he is only there because she chose him for Colony Reeves.

Ines ultimately ditches Bartise after a successful date with Will Richardson. Bartise maintains that the only reason he held back was to respect Ines' comfort, and that he "built" her up. "What the f**k are you talking about," Ines asks. Bartise is perplexed as to why Ines isn't interested in him and demands to know why. "We don't have a romantic connection," she says.

After being cut, Bartise states that he and Shayne Jansen (another 'Love is Blind' star) both went through trauma tonight and that it has bonded them.

'Bartise staying true to himself'

Fans disappointed in Bartise tweeted, "Bartise staying true to himself even on another Netflix show #PerfectMatch another year older and none the wiser or better of a person." His conversation with Ines, fans feel, "Bartise gaslighting a woman." 'Love is Blind' fans also noted, "Bartise telling the cameras he doesn’t find Ines to be the most attractive in the house but having a strong emotional connection as if he didn’t say the exact same thing about Nancy." Fans also feel, "Bartise is now saying he's not physically attracted to Ines after he has been kicked out, boy bye!"

Pointing out the red flag in him, a fan wrote, "Bartise is definitely the type of man you run far away from. The second Ines told him she wasn't feeling it he began trying to diminish and degrade her." Further slamming him, a fan wrote, "Did Bartise just say that when he meets a girl for the first time, she’s usually nervous & stumbling over herself? He is so delusional. Oh Bartise, ever thought it might be because they’re scared of being associated with 1 of the most hated people on reality TV?" Not wanting to see him anymore, a fan wrote, "Bartise needs to be banned from all dating shows. Not a single good quality in this dude." For his comments to Ines, a fan wrote, "Bartise was vile for that “I built you up” line. Disgusting." Another viewers added, "Bartise is a narcissist, how’s he telling the most emotionally mature person “I picked you up”, just cause he’s not going picked."
