'F9: The Fast Saga' Full Cast List: Vin Diesel, Helen Mirren and more t9th 'Fast & Furious' movie
It's certainly full speed ahead for the ninth installment of the 'Fast & Furious' franchise, known as 'F9: The Fast Saga' which has already grossed nearly $300M even before it releases in the US market on June 25. 'F9: The Fast Saga' sees Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) living a quiet life off the grid with Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) and his son. But the peaceful life is soon shaken as the crew has to come together to stop a dangerous plot by the most skilled assassin and driver they have ever encountered, Dom's brother Jakob Toretto (John Cena).
Putting 'F9: The Fast Saga' into high gear are also Helen Mirren as Magdalene Shaw, Kurt Russell as Mr Nobody, and Charlize Theron as villain Cipher. Tyrese Gibson stars as Roman Pearce, Ludacris as Tej Parker, Jordana Brewster as Mia Toretto and Nathalie Emmanuel as Ramsey. Sung Kang, who is back from the dead as Han Lue, rounds off the starry cast.

Vin Diesel as Dom Toretto
Vin Diesel is one of the world's highest grossing actors and his success is not restricted to just the 'Fast & Furious' franchise. His action expertise was further cemented with the 'Chronicles of Riddick' franchise. His comic outing with 'The Pacifier' was also a huge commercial success. Diesel has also successfully lent his voice to the character Groot in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Diesel has also portrayed the comic book superhero Bloodshot in its 2020 film adaptation, and is slated to appear in the Avatar sequels. Diesel has also founded a production company One Race Films, a record label Racetrack Records and video game developer Tigon Studios, providing his voice and motion capture for all of Tigon's releases.
Michelle Rodriguez as Letty
Michelle Rodriguez has made quite a name for herself as one of the most iconic action heroines with her role as Letty in the 'Fast & Furious' franchise as well as her roles in other successful action films such as 'Resident Evil', 'S.W.A.T.', 'Battle: Los Angeles' and 'Avatar'. Besides her action packed film career, Rodriguez is also known for her role in the hugely popular series 'Lost' where she played Ana Lucia Cortez in the second season of the show.
John Cena as Jakob Toretto
John Cena certainly has his fingers in many pies. The actor and television presenter of course first short to fame with his wrestling career. Cena is considered to be one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. Cena is a five time United States Champion, four time world tag team champion and a 16 time world champion. He has fared rather successfully outside the ring as well. Cena began his movie career with the film 'The Marine' and went onto star in films such as 'Trainwreck', 'Ferdinand' and 'Blockers'. As if that wasn't enough, Cena also released a rap album which went platinum.
Helen Mirren as Magdalene Shaw
Dame Helen Mirren is one of the most respected actors of her generation and is the recipient of several awards. She won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance as Queen Elizabeth II in 'The Queen' as well as a Bafta award for the role. She was the recipent of a Tony Award and an Olivier Award for her performance in 'The Audience'. Mirren's breakout role of course was in television as DCI Jane Tennison in 'Prime Suspect', a role which garnered her three BAFTA Television Awards and four Primetime Emmy Awards. Some of Mirren's other Oscar nominated work includes 'The Madness of King George', 'Gosford Park' and 'The Last Station'. Besides her extremely critically acclaimed work, Mirren has also been a part of films with a lighter feel such as 'Calendar Girls' and 'The Hundred Foot Journey'. She has also been a part of successful action films such as the 'Red' franchise and 'Hobbs & Shaw'.
Charlize Theron as Cipher
South African actor and producer Charlize Theron is one of the world's highest paid actresses and is the recipient of numerous accolades, including an Academy Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Golden Globe Award. Charlize Theron is the first South African to win the Academy Award for Best Actress, which she did for her role in 'Monster'. Theron received her second Oscar nomination for her role as a sexually abused woman in the drama 'North Country'. Theron has juggled her critical success with several hugely successful commercial films such as 'The Italian Job', 'Hancock', 'Mad Max: Fury Road' and of course, 'The Fate of the Furious'. Most recently, however, Theron has received praise and her third Academy award nomination for her role in 'Bombshell' where she portrays American journalist and political commentator Megyn Kelly.
Kurt Russell as Mr Nobody
Actor and producer Kurt Russell has been acting since the age of 12, and 'The Guardian' once named him one of the best actors to have never received an Academy Award nomination. He was however nominated for a Golden Globe award for Best Supporting actor for 'Silkwood'. But nominations or not, Russell has gone on to have an extremely successful career with films such as 'Tango & Cash', 'Stargate', 'Executive Decision' and 'Vanilla Sky' and more recently has starred in 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2' and 'Once Upon a Time In Hollywood'. Rusell has also been a part of earlier installements of the 'Fast and Furious' franchise including 'Furious 7' and 'The Fate of the Furious'.
Ludacris as Tej Parker
Rapper and actor Ludacris was just nine when he began rapping and his early start led to a career in which he has received three Grammy awards. Ludacris, who is known for his hit singles like 'Yeah', 'Stand Up' and 'Splash Waterfalls', has also carved a successful career for himself as an actor. Besides his role as Tej Parker on the 'Fast & Furious' franchise, Ludcaris has also had notable roles in films such as 'Crash', 'Gamer' and 'New Year's Eve'. For his role as Parker in the 'Fast & Furious' franchise, he has won both a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Critics Choice Award.
Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce
Tyrese Gibson started out in showbusiness as a singer, songwriter and rapper and then transitioned into movies. Besides his role as Roman Pearce in the 'Fast & Furious' franchise, he is also known for playing Joseph "Jody" Summers in 'Baby Boy', Angel Mercer in 'Four Brothers' and Robert Epps in the 'Transformers'.
