'Euphoria' Season 2 Episode 3: Fan review: 'Cassie's helpless, Nate's a predator'

Safe to say, there aren't a lot of people on social media who believe this relationship actually works

The Nate and Cassie toxic, sexual relationship (if that's the right word to use) is again a highlight in 'Euphoria' Season 2 Episode 3. The former attempts to earn his love and affection, only for Nate to sexually fantasize about her and make it come to fruition. The episode also sees Cassie's ridiculous self-care regime at 4 am in the morning to garner his attention and her silent grief where she hopes to burst out telling Maddy that she and Nate are in love.

Safe to say, there aren't a lot of people on social media who believe this relationship actually works. "Cassie is making me laugh!!!!! Bitch really think Nate love her passionately!! And please " she never felt happier before" ,bitchh I think it's BECAUSE u fucked ur bestfriend's boyfriend and feels like a MAIN GIRL!! #euphoria," one of the tweets read. "So what will cassie do if nate qnd maddy get back together. The SPIRAL continues #Euphoria," another asked.

'Euphoria' Season 2 Episode 2 Review: Near-dead Nate in focus in a sex-filled chapter

"Me every time cassie put effort in for Nate to just ignore her to the point she physically had to copy maddy’s outfit to get his attention #euphoria," one of the fans remarked. Theorises made their way in as well. "I really think Nate’s tryna butter up Maddy to figure out where that disk is, then again he’s selfish as shit & is probably just tryna have Cassie & Maddy for himself.. maybe both idk #Euphoria," a fan opined.

"in conclusion the whole rue/jules/elliot thing is a mess, the cassie/nate/maddy thing is a mess, cal is a mess, kat is a mess, ali deserves better, and fez/ashtray/lexi deserve to be protected at all costs. this show is so messy i can’t keep up #Euphoria," a tweet read. "Sydney Sweeney’s acting in this episode was amazing as always, but Cassie is giving so much secondhand embarrassment this season like girl is so desperate for a CRUMB of Nate’s attention. The clownery #Euphoria," one of the tweets read.

"Cassie is easy prey and Nate’s a predator. She’s not the scheming, conniving girl y’all are making her out to be. She’s literally helpless. #Euphoria," a comment said.
