'Euphoria' Season 2 Episode 1: Fans predict Zendaya's winning 'Golden Globes 2023'

Just one episode in of the HBO series and fans declared it to be a success while also praising Zendaya for her acting chops

For 'Euphoria' fans, it was a wait that was worth it after Season 2 premiered on Sunday, January 9. It was three years ago that Zendaya stunned as Rue in the hit HBO teen drama and now she's back as the girl who's struggling with addiction and is on a journey that she hopes is worth it all in the end. Although a major chunk of the episode focused on Fez (Angus Cloud), Zendaya's presence on screen was welcomed by fans.

The actress' stocks just rose higher after 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' and most felt 'Euphoria' was where she flaunted her acting chops to perfection. "One thing the writers gon do is protect Zendaya innocence. It’s penis all over the screen and they said “here’s what we’ll do just push her in she shower and we’ll raise the camera when she pulls her shirt up. Some already declared 'Euphoria' Season 2 to be a hit. The Golden Globes may have just ended, but there was already a section of the audience declaring that Zendaya would bag the award.
