Who was Enyerbe Hose? Love triangle leads to fatal shooting of cheating husband in Texas
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS: A 33-year-old man who cheated on his wife was fatally shot by another man who had also been involved with one of the women, according to police reports.
Enyerbe Hose Briceno Gonzalez, 21, was drinking with his mistress and some other people in the parking lot of a San Antonio apartment building on June 14, when his wife showed up and started a fight, the reports mentioned.

The report suggests that the wife, whose name was not released, hit the mistress, who was also not identified, and left to get her husband’s clothes, the reports say.

During the fight, Brian Josette Rivero-Montilla, 28, who was part of the group, said he came back with a gun.
The affidavit, as per the reports, states that Rivero-Montilla had his gun, walked straight up to the victim, and fired a single shot at Gonzalez's feet.

Police say that the suspect then hit the victim over the head with the butt of the gun before shooting the victim.
Gonzalez then fell to the ground and Rivero-Montilla ran to his car to drive off. according to the reports.
Police learned that the victim, Enyerbe Hose Briceno Gonzalez, 21, was shot at 154 Avenue
Gonzalez was taken to a hospital by four people who were at the scene, but he died there, the reports say.
Rivero-Montilla was arrested on Saturday and charged with murder.
Did Enyerbe Hose date any women involved in the fight?
Police did not give a motive for the shooting, but Fox 29 reported that he had dated one of the women involved in the fight. It was not clear if it was Gonzalez’s wife or mistress.
Rivero-Montilla had been arrested recently for smuggling near the US-Mexico border and was supposed to wear an ankle monitor, but he may have cut it off the day before the shooting.
Brian Josette Rivero-Montilla who was was arrested for the felony offence of murder. He was booked with a $150,000 bond. He is set for trial in early October.
